GENERAL DESCRIPTION

GigaDevice GD9Fx4GxF4B/GD9Fx8GxE4B is 4Gbit/8Gbit capacity. A program operation can be performed in typical

tPROG on each page and an erase operation can be performed in typical tBERS on each block. Data in the page can be 

read out at tRC cycle time per byte. The I/O pins serve as the ports for address and data input/output as well as command 

input.
