DESCRIPTION 

The U74AUC1G86 is a single 2-input exclusive-OR gate which 

provides the Function B Y = A⊕ or Y = AB + AB in positive logic.

This device has power-down protective circuit, preventing 

device destruction when it is powered down.

* Operate from 0.8V to 2.7V 

* Low power dissipation : ICC=10μA (Max.) 

* ±8mA Output Driver : VCC=1.8V 

* Ioff Supports partial-Power-Down Mode Operation
