Description

The FX6779A is a highly integrated L-PAMiF developed for 4G-LTE and 5G-NR standards with a package size of 4.5mm x 5.5mm x 0.825mm ( typ. )

The FX6779A is self contained with PAs, controller, filters, TRX/SRS switch, bi-directional coupler, low noise amplifiers(LNAs) and input/output matching network.

The FX6779A meets stringent linearity requirements of DFT-SOFDM and CP-OFDM specifications at APT(Average Power Tracking) for both Power Class 2(PC2) and Class 3(PC3)power targets. The extremely low leakage current in power-down mode maximizes handset stand-by time.
