PG754S

Description

The PG754S is a high gain, high linear, low noise amplifier covering from 30

MHz to 5.0 GHz. This has integrated temperature compensation and ESD

protection circuits and it operates from a single 5 / 3.3 voltage supply. It

provides high speed power on/off switching function for TDD application. All

devicesare100%RFandDCtested.
