DESCRIPTION 

The U74AUP1G08 is a 2-input AND gate which provides the 

Function Y= Α •Β or Y=A B in positive logic. 

This device ensures a very low static and dynamic power 

consumption across the entire VCC range from 0.8V to 3.6V. 

This device has power-down protective circuit, preventing 

device destruction when it is powered down. 

 FEATURES

* IOFF supports partial-power-down mode
