The U74AUC1G08 is a 2-input AND gate which provides the 

function Y= Α •Β or Y=A B in positive logic. 

 This device has power-down protective circuit, preventing 

device destruction when it is powered down.

* Low power dissipation : ICC=10μA (Max.) 

* ±8mA Output Driver : VCC=1.8V 

* Ioff Supports partial-Power-Down Mode Operation
