PNW311

Description

The PNW311 is a cascadable high linearity gain block in a low cost

surface-mountable SOT-363 package. It operates from a single 2.7~

3.3 V voltage supply. At 3.3V supply condition, it provides typically 14

dB gain, +30 dBm IP3, 2.4 dB NF with an excellent gain flatness in a

wide bandwidth of 50 – 5000 MHz. It only requires an external RF

choke and block capacitors for operation. The PNW311 has internal

temperature compensation circuit that enables stable operation over

wide temperature range. Internal ESD diode of this device provides
