PNW331

Description

The PNW331 is a cascadable high linearity gain block in a low cost

surface-mountableSOT-363package. Itoperates froma single2.7~3.3V

voltage supply. At 3.3V supply condition, it provides typically 16.5 dB gain,

+33 dBm IP3, 2 dB NF with an excellent gain flatness in a wide bandwidth

of 50 – 5000 MHz. It only requires an external RF choke and block

capacitors for operation. The PNW331 has internal temperature

compensation circuitthat enables stable operation over wide temperature

range. InternalESDdiodeofthisdeviceprovideshighESDperformance.All

devicesare100%RFandDCtested.
