PG741

Description

The PG741 is a cascadable high linearity gain block in a low cost surfacemountable SOT-89 package. It operates from a single 5.0 V voltage

supply. It provides typically 17 dB gain, +37 dBm IP3, 1.9 dB NF with an

excellent gain flatness in a wide bandwidth of 50 – 5000 MHz. It only

requires an external RF choke and block capacitors for operation. The

PG741 has internaltemperature compensation circuitthat enables stable

operation over wide temperature range. Internal ESD diode of this device

provideshighESDperformance.Alldevicesare100%RF and DC tested.
