PG723

Description

The PG723 is a cascadable high linearity gain block in a low cost surface-mountable 2x2 DFN 8L package. It operates from a single 3.3 ~ 5.0 V voltage supply. At 5.0V supply condition, it provides typically 14 dB gain, +39 dBm IP3, 2.4 dB NF with an excellent gain flatness in a wide bandwidth of 50 – 5000 MHz. It only requires an external RF choke and block capacitors for operation. The PG723 has internal temperature compensationcircuitthatenables stableoperationoverwide temperature range. Internal ESD diode of this device provides high ESD performance. Alldevicesare100%RF and DCtested.
