Description

The PG743 is a cascadable high linearity gain block in a low cost surface-mountable 2x2 DFN 8L package. It operates from a single 3.3 ~ 5.0 V voltage supply. At 5.0V supply condition, it provides typically 17 dB gain, +39 dBm OIP3, 2.0 dB NF with an excellent gain flatness in a wide bandwidth of 50 – 5000 MHz. It only requires an external RF choke and block capacitors for operation. The PG743 has internal temperature compensationcircuitthatenables stableoperationoverwide temperature range. Internal ESD diode of this device provides high ESD performance. Alldevicesare 100% RF and DCtested.
